Psalm of the Wild Baskets

Old Town Books now has lovely baskets for your shopping pleasure. We feature baskets in the store, made by hand in Uganda, with 25% off all basket sales going to disadvantaged women and grassroots wildlife conservation efforts in the region.

These baskets range from small sizes with banana and palm weave to large sizes with palm binding and large with banana and palm weave. No two baskets are ever the same—each is unique and special from the maker. For the large palm baskets, there are many color options available. If we do not have the color combination you would like, we may be able to find it, but cannot guarantee due to the uniqueness of each bag. You may buy these bags here in the store or receive them through curbside pickup or delivery. We unfortunately cannot ship these baskets.
